QUÉ VAS A APRENDER
Capacitar a los participantes para comunicarse de manera efectiva en inglés con los clientes, tanto en la toma de pedidos como en la resolución de dudas o problemas durante el servicio.
Enseñar a los profesionales del sector a utilizar el vocabulario técnico relacionado con los menús, las bebidas, el servicio y la organización de los establecimientos de restauración, mejorando la precisión y fluidez en las interacciones.
